During his weekly radio address, President Obama called last night final package oe his economic stimulus bill "a major milestone on our road to recovery" and vowed to sin the bill into law "shortly
Citing the implementation of a new new web site, recovery.gov, President Obama pledged the web site will bring transparency to the spending of the monies provided by the bill.
